With over 18 years of experience and a significant number of successful cases under my belt, I have dedicated my career to reshaping the complexities of U.S. immigration law, operating from my base in Tampa, Florida.

My legal journey began at the prestigious John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City, where I developed a deep passion for justice and advocacy. Soon after, I founded Wynter Law Practice, a firm built on the pillars of innovation, compassion, and excellence. My practice was well-established before I took on roles such as the Campus Director at the WMU Cooley Law School Tampa Bay Campus and the Assistant Director at the Center for Ethics, Service, and Professionalism.
